Muggsy the rescue dog

Muggsy was lucky to have a second chance with Molly and her family when they adopted her from a shelter.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Molly, who at twelve-years-old is an animal lover. She rescued Muggsy, from the Animal Care and Control shelter in her home-town in the USA.

“I’m not sure how she got there, but I was looking at the website and found her. When I first saw her she was named Lorna and her fur was all messy.”

Molly’s family took Lorna – who became Muggsy – in and she had a fantastic life (and a decent hair cut from the look of these photos).

“She loved to play and snuggle with us but was protective of us and would bark at people and dogs."
