This questionnaire is part of a research project within Massey University's school of Veterinary Science.
The aim of
the questionnaire is to provide information about the difficulties and benefits
of home blood glucose monitoring.
This
information can then be used to guide education and hopefully improve the
welfare of diabetic cats.
